Mix biscuit crumb, melted butter and chocolate flavour.
Press the mix into the base of 16cm springforms and bake for approximately 8 minutes at 180°C.
Pistachio cream cheese

Mix cream cheese and sour cream, combine with sugar, vanilla flavour and pistachio flavour.
Chop the pistachio nuts and add to the mixture.
Gradually add egg and egg yolk and stir until smooth.
Spread the mixture into the springforms and bake at 150°C for 45 minutes (5 second steam after 15 minutes baking time).
Leave to cool and garnish.
