1. Use a mixing bowl and paddle.
2. Place all liquids into the bowl. Followed by the dry ingredients.
3. Mix 1 minute in first speed - scrape the bowl. Mix another 3 minutes in same speed.
4. Prepare a egg white foam.
5. Gently blend egg white foam and batter together.
6. Bake at 170 °C for approximately 50 minutes.
