Melt chocolate with butter. Add to sugar and emulsifier blend, mix for five minutes. Add flavour and colour and mix at medium speed for two minutes. Add the powder ingredients and mix for another two minutes. Add Toffee Fudgice.

Use a 60*40 cm baking form and bake in oven for approximately 45 minutes. After baking fill with a truffle of your preference.
