Preparation
Baking temperature (°C) 180
Baking time (min) 8-10

Combine all ingredients and fill in a baking tray.
Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.

After baking, spread and squeeze the pecan nuts into the warm cake.

Leave the cake in the baking tray to cool.

Chocolate cream

Heat sugar and cream. Add butter and chocolate, and let the mixture reach 85°C. Add egg yolk and flavour and mix into a smooth batter.

Pour the blend over the baked cake and freeze.

Cut the cake into pieces.
