Banana & chocolate cake

Chocolate cake

Blend egg, sugar and white syrup with a paddle.
Sift and add wheat and almond flour, cocoa and baking powder.

Melt chocolate and butter, and mix with cream and banana flavour.
Stir the mixture into the batter.
Leave to rest in the refrigerator overnight.

Pour 80g into baking trays and spread the chocolate crumble (see below) on top.
Bake at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes.

Mix the dry ingredients.
Add and combine cold butter and chocolate flavour.

Store for cooling.
